Our factory is equipped with a complete set of modern textile machinery to ensure high efficiency, precision, and consistent quality in every hotel linen we produce:
Weaving Workshops: 2 dedicated weaving facilities housing over 200 looms, supporting a wide range of fabric types (100% cotton, poly-cotton blends) and thread counts from 200 to 800.
Sewing Workshops: 2 fully operational sewing workshops with more than 100 high-speed industrial sewing machines, including flatlock, overlock, and coverstitch machines, tailored for durable hotel-grade seams.
Supporting Equipment: We also have automatic fabric cutting machines, industrial ironing & finishing lines, fabric inspection stations, and custom embroidery machines, enabling full in-house production from raw fabric to finished product.
