Weaving: Precision sateen weaving to form the base fabric structure
Full Mercerized Finishing: Complete mercerization process to enhance luster, softness and wash resistance
Dyeing & Finishing: Bleaching or custom dyeing, color fixing and softening treatment
Cutting & Sewing: Accurate cutting according to hotel bedding sizes, precise sewing and brand logo processing
Final Quality Check: Inspection of appearance, size, stitching and color consistency
Packing: Standard woven bag/carton packing or customized export packaging
